handknochens eingebracht werden, sowie
zweier weiterer Schraubnägel, die von ulnar
nach radial in der Basis des 5. und 4. Mittel-
handknochens verankert werden, erfolgt die
Fixierung der Mittelhand über Doppelklemm-
schrauben am Kohlefaserhalbring.
An diesem Halbring werden Gewindestangen
mit gelenkigen Verbindungen montiert, wobei
sich die Achse der radial und ulnar sitzenden
Gelenke auf die abgekippte Gelenkebene zwi-
schen Ellenende und Handwurzel projiziert.
Mit Endteilen mit Gewinde erfolgt die Montage
des zweiten Kohlefaserhalbrings senkrecht zur
Achse der Elle. Er wird mittels eines querenden
Schraubnagels mit Mittelgewinde und eines
zweiten Schraubnagels von dorsal rotations-
stabil mit Einloch-Pin-Klemmschrauben an der
Elle fixiert.
Durch schrittweise tägliche asymmetrische Ver-
längerung kann die Aufrichtung der Handwurzel-
knochen über das Ellenende erreicht werden.
Das Verfahren hat sich bei der Korrektur der
radialen Klumphand in mehr als 150 Fällen
bewährt.

Threaded rods with mobile connections are
mounted to this half ring, wherein the axis

used to mount the second carbon fibre half
ring perpendicularly to the axis of the ulna.
It is fixed to the ulna using a crosswise screw
nail with a centred thread and a second
screw nail from the dorsal direction, with
single hole pin clamp screws, so that there is
no rotation.
Gradual daily asymmetric lengthening can
bring the bones in the base of the hand into an
upright position over the end of the ulna.
The procedure has proven itself in more than
150 cases in the correction of radial clump
hand.
