Einleitung
Mit dem Klötzchenfixateur steht ein sehr
leichter modularer Minifixateur mit abnehm-
barer Distraktionseinheit zur Verfügung, der
auf die kleinen anatomischen Struktren der
kindlichen Hand individuell angepasst werden
kann und schon bei sehr kleinen Kindern die
Möglichkeit des Einsatzes von Distraktions-
verfahren erlaubt, besonders auch zur Korrek-
tur angeborener Fehlbildungen. Hauptanwen-
dungsbereiche sind quere Weichteildistrak-
tionen zur Verbesserung der Korrekturmöglich-
keiten von komplexen Syndaktilien und zum
anderen Kallusdistraktionen zur phalangalen
und metacarpalen Strahlverlängerung.
Der Einsatz des Fixateurs hat sich in mehr als
100 Fällen im Rahmen der Behandlung von
angeborenen Fehlbildungen bewährt.
Introduction
The cube fix system is a very light modular
mini fixing device with a removable distrac-
tion unit which can be individually adapted to
the small anatomical structures of children‘s
hands, permitting the option of using distrac-
tion procedures even in very small children,
particularly also for correcting congenial
deformities. The main fields of application are
cross-wise soft tissue distractions to improve
the options in correcting complex syndactyly
and for other callus distractions to lengthen
phalangeal and metacarpal bones.
The use of the fixing device has proveb itself
in more than 100 cases for the treatment of
congenital defomities.
