Nachdem die Distraktion abgeschlossen ist,
wird die Position bei noch aufgestecktem
Distraktor gehalten. Jetzt muss die Klemm-
schraube im Verbindungspin angezogen
werden, um diese Position zu sichern.
Nach dem Distraktonsvorgang wird der
Verbindungsstift über die M3-Schraube im
Klemm- und Verbindungs-Pin gesichert.
Danach kann der Distraktor abgenommen
werden.
The distractor is placed on the connection
pins. The drill holes of the outriggers on the
distractor fit precisely onto the connection
pins. Once the distractor has been applied, it
holds itself and does not need to be held by
hand.
After the distraction process, the connection
pinis secured with the M3 screw in the clamp
and connection pin. Then the distractor can
be removed.
